     Jing Zhu        Chairperson and CEO        China Hospitality Technology Alliance(CHTA)

     Ms. Jing Zhu is the President and Chief Executive Officer of 3D Networks Greater China (including China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan). She has more than 18 years extensive experience in IT/Telco industry. Her previous assignments include senior executive positions in Equant (Orange), MCI World (Verizon) etc.With strong focus on hospitality and multi-national customers, Jing has led 3D Networks China over the past several years for significant business transformation and market achievement. From 2008 to 2012, 3D China won “The Best Brand of China Hotel IT Converged Communication Solution”, “China Top 10 Unified Communication Solution Provider”, “The Most Competitive Brand of China Hospitality industry”, “The Best Hotel Partner with Social Responsibility”, “The Most Innovative Hotel Partner 2009”, “Top 10 China IT Service Provider 2010”, “China Most Innovative Technology Hotel Solution Leader 2011”, “2012 China VAR500 Top10” and many other awards. Jing was also awarded the “China New Leading Hoteliers 2008” and “China VAR500 Top 5 New Leader 2012” due to her impressive achievement and dedication to the industry.Jing obtained both Bachelor and Master degree of Telecom Engineering from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication and EMBA from the University of Toronto/Beijing University.







     Jack Zhang        Senior Vice President         Jin Jiang International Hotel 

     Mr. Jack Zhang has engaged in information management, communication and technology for a long time. He worked for government and large enterprises and got rich experience of information management and electronic commerce. In 2001, Jack went to hospitality industry. Prior to joining in Jin Jiang Hotel Management Company, He was in charge of IT works from New Asia Hotel Group. He created many successful hotel IT practices to promote the merger of company’s IT with international counterparts; and to construct a centralized support system (such as CRS, procurement system, loyalty system, etc.). He was rated "China Top CIO" twice by "CEOCIO China" and IDC in 2008, 2011; and awarded the title of "China Hotel IT leaders" in 2010 China Tourism Forum.






     Shane Izaks        Group General Manager, Information Technology        

     The Peninsula Hotels

     Mr. Shane Izaks was appointed as the General Manager, Information Technology for The HongKong and Shanghai Hotels Limited (HSH), owner and operator of the Peninsula Hotels, in 1995.  He brought more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry to the position. Prior to joining HSH, Shane was working for the InterContinental Hotels and Resorts (IHG) in Asia and  played an instrumental role in developing IT technology across their properties in Asia Pacific. As General Manager of IT in HSH, Shane is responsible for formulating and implementing Information Technology strategy at both Group and operational levels by aligning them with the Group’s business requirements.







     Chin Lee         Vice President, IT Engagement          Melco Crown Entertainment 

     Mr. Chin Lee has joined Melco Crown Entertainment as the Vice President, IT Engagement in 2015.  Melco Crown Entertainment (MCE) is a developer, operator of casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities in Asia. The company manages hotels include City of Dreams Macau (Crown Towers, Hard Rock, Grand Hyatt), Altira Macau, City of Dreams Manila (Crown Towers, Nobu and Hyatt), Studio City Macau (opening late 2015), and the fifth hotel tower at City of Dreams Macau opening in the first half of 2017.  Mr. Lee has extensive experience in hospitality IT management. In the past 10 years before joining MCE, he was the Regional Director of IT of Four Seasons Hotel in charge of the IT operations for all Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Greater China and Japan region. He has also worked as the Director of IT at Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel Beverly Hills in California, and a MBA holder of The University of Iowa, USA.  Mr. Lee enjoys traveling, and with a great passion to engaging the multiculturalism between the East and West.  







     Perry Lai         Vice President-IT          Langham Hospitality Group

     Mr. Lai is an IT professional with over 20 years’ experience in regional IT strategies formulation and consultancy, system integration, project management, technical support, system design and development and eBusiness in the Asia Pacific region. He joined the Langham Hospitality Group in January 2005, he is responsible for facilitating the improvement of the Group’s business opportunities and operation efficiency through technology.   Mr Lai previously worked for multi-national corporations, including Dow Jones Telerate in Australia, Unisys Corporation, Logica Limited and Deloitte & Touche Management Solutions Limited.









Jennifer Qin

Ms. Qin serves the role of the lead-partner of the investment management sector in Deloitte Asia Pacific region and has been appointed as the special advisor to the International Committee of Asset Management Association of China. She has been appointed by the Insurance Asset Management Association of China as the member of the expert committee for insurance asset management product. She also plays a key role in policy initiation process for the asset management industry in China.  Moreover, she has been invited on a regular basis as subject matter expert to provide trainings to various regulatory bodies and large financial institutions regarding risk management, financial instruments and accounting policies.
As the founder of Blockchain practice for Deloitte China and the chairwoman for Rubix of Deloitte China, Ms. Qin has been frequently invited by the Office of the State Council, the People's Bank of
China and China Securities Regulatory Commission, to hold special topic lectures and to discuss over the development trend of Blockchain with financial regulators. Ms. Qin has also been invited by the management of domestic top financial institutions into profound discussion and recommendation for the application prospect of Blockchain in financial industry. Meanwhile, Ms. Qin holds special
topic lectures on Blockchain for top-ranking universities and the State Media frequently.
Prior to joining in Deloitte China in 2008, Ms. Qin has had over 11 years of experience of providing audit, internal control and consulting services for some world renowned clients in the field of investment banking and security brokerage such as Merrill Lynch and UBS. From 2005 to 2007, she was on a strategic global assignment to Deloitte's London office to be in charge of the Merrill Lynch in the Europe, Middle-east and Asia-Pacific region("EMEA") with responsibility for EMEA audit coordination. Ms. Qin was awarded “Women of the Year” by Deloitte UK in 2007 and 2008. Ms. Qin has also been nominated as the only representative from Deloitte China to join the Global Young Partners Advisory Committee (“YPAC”) in FY11/12., and represented Deloitte's young leaders to attend the Young Leaders Roundtable discussion at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference of the year 2012 and 2013. Ms. Qin also is also rewarded as 2016 top 20 Fintech Leader by Global People Magazine, and 2016 China Fintech Innovation Leader.








       Marco Trecroce   Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer   Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

       Marco Trecroce joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2010 as the company’s first Chief Information Officer in its 56 year history. During his time at Four Seasons he has led the company through an extensive global IT and Business Transformation. The company has invested heavily in cloud based technologies for its hotel, residential property operations and global corporate offices.

Marco led the company’s entry into mobile technology, launching the first Four Seasons mobile app in 2015 which was introduced to the luxury traveller as a complementary high-tech addition to the Four Seasons legendary high-touch service.

The mobile transformation continued by introducing the first mobile Business Intelligence platform that provides next-day performance metrics to the hotels and corporate offices around the world. This application is considered a leader in the hospitality industry. 

As an early adopter of cloud technologies, Four Seasons led the hospitality industry with the first, best in class, cloud based, global human resources software to 45,000 employees located in 43 countries operating in 19 different languages.

Marco has a diverse background with international global experience. He began his career at IBM in Sales and Marketing before joining Andersen’s IT Consulting Practice. Moving to the United Kingdom in 1999, he assumed a number of CIO and COO senior Executive positions specializing in business transformation for such companies as Thomas Cook and Opodo, an Amadeus On-line travel company, before returning to Canada.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is headquartered in Toronto and is the global industry leader of luxury accommodation with 104 hotels and resorts.







       Zhu Hui   Zhuyou Hotel Group

       Mr. Zhu, Peking University International EMBA, Special Professor of National Development Research Institute, Peking University, China's first fashion hotel group, Zhuyou Hotel Group's founder, chairman and chief executive officer, won the "2015 Zhejiang new leader" title. In the early years, operated chain convenience store, participating in the hotel industry in 2003, by the end of 2007, established the Podinns chain, now, the business covers mainland China, China Taiwan, the United States, and Japan, has five major brands, the number of hotels more than 500.
Mr. Zhu Hui aims to build a based on young people's Internet home life, in the field of intelligence, internet and invasive marketing have a leading position. 2016, proposed and built the Internet Home Alliance (alliance members include the Jingdong, the mimu and other enterprises in o2o, intelligent hardware and Internet financial field).








       David Sun  CEO  Homeinns

       David Sun has served as a director and CEO of Homeinns since December 2004. David has over ten years experience in the consumer industry. Under his leadership, Homeinns Hotel Group became the No.1 economy hotel chain in China, with over 3,000 hotels covering over 300 cities in China., Mr. Sun led Homeinns to be successfully listed on NASDAQ.
David is the Vice Chairman of China Chain store & Franchise Association and the Vice Chairman of China Hotel Industry Celebrity Club. Prior to joining Homeinns, David served as a vice president of operations for B&Q (China) Ltd., a subsidiary of Kingfisher plc, the third largest home improvement retail group in the world since 2003 to 2004.
